• At The Vicious Cycle Fitness Apparel , we strive to ensure our customers our satisfied with our products. Should you be unsatisfied with your order or simply want to return your order for a refund, please contact us to return the product within 30 days of the order date.
  
• We will pay for shipping to return the product for a refund if there is a defect or incorrect item.
  
• Customers will be responsible in covering the shipping cost to return the items for all other reasons.
  
• The product must be received in original condition, packaging and tags to satisfy the return requirements. Once the item is received and reviewed, please allow 20 business days for us to process the return.

Orders are processed within 14 days from when the order is placed and ships after processing. Normally, the items will be processed and shipped prior to the 14 days, but we would like to notify you of the maximum time. After processing is complete you will receive an e-mail updating you with a tracking number. If you have the Shop app, your order and tracking information should automatically sync with your app.

Please note that some of our non-apparel items may ship separately if extra packaging is needed to protect the shape of items such as hats or stickers.

At The Vicious Cycle Fitness Apparel, we know that every person has a preference on how they like their clothes to fit their body shape or type. We include a sizing guide with measurements to give an idea of what items will look like when worn. All of our t-shirts have a unisex fit which is slim-fitting.
